Privacy notice

This site collects personal details only when you send us a request through the form on the contact page.

What we collect

Your name, work email address, mobile number, organisation, role, country, the levels you want assessed, what you would like from us, and anything you add in the message field. You confirm your consent with the checkbox before sending.

How we use it

The form sends your request by email to VCL Solutions. We use the details to reply to your request and to plan the work you asked about. We do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.

Cookies and analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages and sections are viewed, which links and buttons are used, where visits come from, and the type of device and browser. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this and processes the data in line with Google's privacy policy. It receives nothing you type into the form.

Google Analytics runs only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Decline, or make no choice, nothing is sent to it. Your choice is kept in your browser for twelve months. You can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page; declining after accepting removes the Google Analytics cookies.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record the request in line with Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to correct or delete the details you sent at any time by writing to the address published on vcl.solutions.
